- Guests text, AI responds: When a guest texts your Twilio number with a question, the AI matches them to their reservation and sends a reply using your property data. Response time is typically under two minutes.
- Outbound messaging works too: Boring Host can send pre-arrival messages, check-in instructions, and upsell offers via SMS through your Twilio number. Guests get a text instead of an email or app notification.
- All messages appear in your inbox: SMS conversations through Twilio show up alongside Airbnb, email, and WhatsApp messages in Boring Host’s unified inbox. Your team sees everything in one place.
