Question for you

Hey there,

I've been having a lot of conversations with property managers lately and there's something I keep coming back to.

At some point, usually between 30 and 80 listings, the thing that made you great starts working against you. Knowing every property, remembering every quirk, answering from experience.

When a guest asked something, you answered from memory and it felt personal because it was.

But as portfolios grow, your memory doesn't scale.

And when it breaks, it doesn't break loudly. It's quiet... slower replies. Missed inquiries. Reviews that mention communication when you know you're doing your best.

Nothing dramatic. But this keeps repeating.

I recorded a short video explaining how we got here and what's changing.

But honestly I'm more curious about your experience.

I've been trying to understand that inflection point better. When exactly does it happen? What triggers it? Is it a number of listings? A number of channels? A staffing change?

What was the listing count when things started feeling different for you? Just reply with the number, I'm trying to understand the pattern.
