Got some interesting replies for my last email.
The range was wide, some PMs said 35 listings others said 70, but the underlying story was almost always the same.
PMs respond to inquiries the same way they did with 3 listings, even when they manage over 35.
That stuck with me.
How many times does your team repeat this loop every day?
Open PMS → Check calendar → Find reservation → Review policies → Decide answer → Reply.
Multiply that by every channel. Every property. Every guest.
I've started calling it the 'manual coordination loop'. The invisible work that grows with every listing.
