Hey there,
Today, short term rentals manage 15 different apps and 6 groups of people. Someone has to manually coordinate between them to get any work done. Your AI should meet you where you work in any tool your team uses.
Your PMS is essential and will never be replaced, yet the AI they offer don't work with all your existing tools. And the AI tools available only automate a few things.
This wouldn't have been possible 18 months ago, models have gotten smarter, cheaper, faster and more reliable for long running agentic tasks.
All major tools have opened up MCPs and APIs for AI agents to do work on them, and if you don't have an API we use browser use agents to get around it.
